Our Staff
The staff at the South Wedge Planning Committee are all committed individuals focused on making the South Wedge a great place to live, work and play.

Robert Boyd

Bob provides leadership to the organization to achieve the goals of the strategic plan. He is responsible for all day to day operations of the organization including program manangement, business advising, human resource and financial management.

Eilleen Thomas
Program Coordinator - ethomas@swpc.org(585) 256-1740 ext. 103
Eilleen is usually the first person people talk with when they need work done on their homes, are interested in improving commercial property in the South Wedge area, or want to start a business here. Eilleen works directly with the Residential Assistance Program helping eligible homeowners apply for the funding to address urgent or emergency home repair needs. She also works closely with the New York Main Street Program helping owners of commercial and mixed-use properties to restore and renovate their buildings. Eilleen also assists in SWPC's partnership with SUNY Geneseo to provide technical assistance and one-on-one business plan counseling to prospective, new and existing business small business owners.

George Lorson
Real Estate Development Coordinator - glorson@swpc.org(585) 256-1740 ext. 101
George has been with SWPC since 2006. With over 40 years of construction experience, he works with income eligible Wedge homeowners who are in need of necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of their home. George develops a scope of work for the repairs, monitors the quality of the selected contractors work and along with the homeowner, performs a final inspection on the work when completed. In addition, he works with the HOME ROCHESTER CHDO program to re-habilitate selected homes in the area that will be sold to qualified first time home buyers.

Allison Clark

As the Community Engagement Coordinator Allison helps to organize new block clubs and assist running block clubs with events as well as help with neighborhood crime fighting initiatives. Allison participates in Sector 6 meeting represents SWPC and Neighbor's Council at PCIC.

Nancy O'Donnell
"The Wedge" Editor nodonnell@swpc.orgAs editor of "The Wedge", Nancy interviews sources, writes stories and serves as main copy editor for all content in each issue of the official South Wedge newspaper.

Phinis "Butch" Horton
FacilitiesButch is in charge of keeping the facilities at 224 Mt. Hope Ave. in tip top shape. He also assists in the maintenance of SWPC maintained properties throughout the South Wedge.

Jamie Daniels
InternJamie is an intern at SWPC for the Spring semester. She will be focusing on helping with the South Wedge Farmers Market.

Bobby Blocker
Office AssistantBobby help keep the SWPC office running smoothly by performing general office duties and assisting with facilities and special event needs.
