The CHP Home Lending program from NeighborWorks Community Partners helps low- to moderate-income individuals achieve homeownership by providing financial counseling, homebuyer education, and access to affordable, fixed-rate loans with down payment assistance. It also offers real estate support and a closing guarantee, guiding buyers through the entire home-buying process and helping them successfully purchase and sustain a home.
