Intro to Home Buying

NCP’s Intro to Home Buying workshop provides an overview of essential information for first time home buyers. This workshop is an introduction to topics that are covered extensively in our 8-hour first time home buyer education course and in our one-on-one counseling sessions. In this workshop, we discuss risks and benefits of buying a home, how to get prepared to buy a home - creating a spending plan, establishing, maintaining, or repairing credit, saving for down payment, shopping and purchase.
