ROC the Day is a 24-hour online giving extravaganza powered by United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes. It takes place each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, known as Giving Tuesday.

This community-wide event lets anyone across the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region support local nonprofits doing amazing work — all in one simple, secure online transaction.

SWPC builds community in the South Wedge, by organizing and promoting educational programming around housing, history, and the arts. SWPC promotes a diverse, historically significant, commercially sustainable urban village. We distribute resources to communities in need and organize community engagement opportunities.
