Review of 634 South Avenue to change building use from a warehouse/distribution center to an entertainment venue for public entertainment not meeting the off-street parking requirements for special uses.  Per the Chairperson of the Board, this issue will be considered and voted on to approve or reject applicant’s request.

The public is invited to observe the deliberation and the Board's final decision. Public can attend the meeting and/or submit comments in regard to this change.
