
South Wedge Fest Vendor Application
Dear Potential South Wedge Fest Artist/Vendor:
We would like to invite you to apply to the South Wedge Fest 2025. This event will be held on South Avenue on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 11am – 5pm as part of South Wedge Fest. The goal is to bring the community together to celebrate the uniqueness of the South Wedge and have fun. Each year we attract nearly 5000 visitors. To cultivate and assist our local Rochester area businesses the South Wedge Planning Committee (SWPC) is offering the opportunity to show and sell your merchandise at our event in an easy and low-cost manner.
Details and Requirements: The vendor must provide:
Merchandise, displays, tables, easels, tablecloths, your own set up
Tent to cover your 10 x 10 vending space with weights to hold down the tent
Transportation of merchandise to and from the festival
Tax ID

Applications are open to all vendors. Please return your application of interest and contract information no later than June 1, 2025, to South Wedge Planning Committee Atten: Jennifer Posey, jposey@swpc.org, 224 Mt. Hope Ave Rochester, NY 14620.

We will review all applications and notify you if you are accepted by mid-June.
The vendor fee is $60 per spot. We will send you an invoice once you are accepted. Payment will be required by July 1st.
IMPORTANT:
Festivals go on RAIN or SHINE. Registration fee refunds will not be given after August 1, 2025. Your confirmation and additional details about the show will be mailed in late July.
