Vendor Application

We would like to invite you to apply to the South Wedge Fest 2026. This event will be held on South Avenue on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 11am – 5pm as part of South Wedge Fest. The goal is to bring the community together to celebrate the uniqueness of the South Wedge and have fun. Each year we attract nearly 5000 visitors. To cultivate and assist our local Rochester area businesses the South Wedge Planning Committee (SWPC) is offering the opportunity to show and sell your merchandise at our event in an easy and low-cost manner.

Details and Requirements: The vendor must provide:

Merchandise, displays, tables, easels, tablecloths, your own set up
Tent to cover your 10 x 10 vending space with weights to hold down the tent
Transportation of merchandise to and from the festival
Tax ID

Applications are open to all vendors. Please return your application of interest and contract information no later than June 1, 2026, to South Wedge Planning Committee Atten: Jennifer Posey, jposey@swpc.org, 224 Mt. Hope Ave Rochester, NY 14620.

We will review all applications and notify you if you are accepted by mid-June.

The vendor fee is $75 per spot. We will send you an invoice once you are accepted. Payment will be required by July 1st.

IMPORTANT:

Festivals go on RAIN or SHINE. Registration fee refunds will not be given after August 1, 2026. Your confirmation and additional details about the show will be mailed in late July.

Indemnity Clause *

As an exhibitor, I agree to the conditions and requirements of South Wedge Fest 2025. The undersigned agrees to indemnify the South Wedge Planning Committee and hold it harmless from any liability for injury and/or damage caused to any person or entity resulting from the acts or omissions of the undersigned, its officers, agents, employees or guests in connection with the undersigned’s participation in the South Wedge Fest, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees. Nothing contained in this agreement or any prior of any subsequent negotiations shall entitle the exhibitor to any specific space and the South Wedge Planning Committee retains the right to position the exhibit space with regard to the overall exhibit plan, and to make any necessary changes therein. I have read the show rules and requirements and I agree to abide by them. I further agree that the South Wedge Planning Committee may copy, distribute and use any reproductions of my images in media for publicity. I agree that the South Wedge Planning Committee and South Wedge Fest will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of property.
