Housing Preservation

We offer programming to homeowners and renters alike to navigate housing issues within the neighborhood as well as to improve the health and safety of their homes. 

 

Our current initiative is the Collaborative Accessibility Exchange, a pilot program to help seniors age in place and allow younger families to access larger homes through a housing swap program. This program is ongoing and open to feedback from residents in the neighborhood.
