Housing Preservation

We offer programming to homeowners and renters alike to navigate housing issues within the neighborhood as well as to improve the health and safety of their homes. Check out our current housing events at the bottom of this page.

 

Our current housing initiative is the Collaborative Accessibility Exchange, a pilot program to help seniors age in place and allow younger families to access larger homes through a housing swap program. This pilot program is ongoing and open to feedback from residents in the neighborhood. If you own a home in the 14620 zip code, please take our Aging In Place Survey. We want to hear from all homeowners about their needs and to see the viability of the pilot. We have also begun to develop programming based on our initial reports, events will be listed below.
