History of SWPC

SWPC was originally founded in 1975 as an outreach program of the Calvary St. Andrews Church by Reverend Judy Lee Hay. Formally incorporated in 1983 as a Neighborhood Preservation Company, the organization's goal was to revitalize and rehab the housing and livability of the South Wedge.
