ZAP Review Meetings

The City Council will host 2 public hearings to review the new proposed zoning code, also known as ZAP.

Attendees are invited to listen and watch but will not be able to comment during these hearings. Public comments can be submitted via the Survey or directly to city council, council@cityofrochester.gov
